Information
Jérôme Bretaudeau acquired 9 hectares of vines in Gétigné in the early 2000s. After a few more purchases, his estate totalled 10 hectares of organically cultivated vines by 2005. This is a leading light of the appellation and a sound investment.
Les Perrières is a very well-made Muscadet with citrus fruits and white fruits (apple) on the nose, as well as hints to the granitic terroir. At first direct, the palate then balances out between fat and minerality. A delicious Muscadet; perfect with a nice seafood platter.
