About the wine
The work carried out in the vineyard is of utmost importance to this domain. The soil is a blend of the climats of Les Meix, Les Corvées des Vignes, Noyer Bret, and Les Houillères. The juice, after pressing and settling, is matured for 12 months on lees then six months in vats. This Chardonnay is a lovely, yellow colour with shades of gold. With beautiful aromas of almond flower, hawthorn, and butter, the precision and roundness of this wine are bound to delight you. A beautifully balanced finish.
