Information
Parusso was created at the very beginning of the 20th century. It has expanded ever since but is still owned by the same family. The vines are farmed biodynamically and vinifications are of the utmost care, producing wines that elegantly reflect their terroir.
Produced from a soil of sandstone and marl, the grapes for this wine are harvested by hand before macerating slowly, with natural alcoholic fermentation and an élevage of 18 months in oak barrels. The wine is a ruby red colour, with a rich and complex aromatic bouquet (sweet spices, black fruits, red fruits, mint and liquorice), as well as a silky and structured texture.
