About the producer
Bouchard Père & Fils, founded in 1731, is one of the most important houses of Burgundy. Owned by Henriot Champagnes since 1995, this house has considerably expanded and is now one of the best merchants of Burgundy. This house also has its own domain of 130 hectares.
About the wine
This domain’s grapes, repurchased, were raised for between 8 and 14 months in oak barrels with a 20-40% percentage of new wood. The resulting wine is lively and fruity with aromas of reed berries and spices. Well structured and delicate, it has good cellaring potential.
