Information
This is one of the most talented domains in the Santenay appellation. The organic vineyard spans 5 hectares. The red wines are made for cellaring; they have good structure and body. The white wines have lovely notes imparted from their élevage on lees and in oak.
Jean-Marc Vincent once again lives up to his reputation as a talented Santenay winemaker with this opulent, rich, complex Puligny-Montrachet. The grapes, although uncertified as such, are grown according to organic cultivation methods. On the nose, the wine is expressive and exudes aromas of candied citrus fruit, nuts and spices. Opulent and full bodied, it is nonetheless dominated by a great freshness. The perfect pairing? Scallops, of course!
