About the producer

Located in the foothills of the Patrimonio appellation, in the village of Poggio d’Oletta, the vineyards of Clos Signadore are overseen by Christophe Ferrandis. He learnt the profession in Bandol (Pibarnon) before creating his domain in Corsica in 2001. The domain is entirely organic.

About the wine

This red Patrimonio has a complex, rich bouquet of smoky, mineral, cocoa, spicy and fruity notes (dark fruit such as cherry and plum). Its dense, powerful structure is provided by its tannins, and is counterbalanced perfectly by a great mineral character. The wine's personality, character and power call for at least half an hour's aeration prior to being served with meats of character.
