Information
Jérôme Bretaudeau acquired 9 hectares of vines in Gétigné in the early 2000s. After a few more purchases, his estate totalled 10 hectares of organically cultivated vines by 2005. This is a leading light of the appellation and a sound investment.
This Vin de France is made with Chardonnay and aged in amphorae. We highly recommend aerating it a little so that it reveals its charming and delicate nose of pear and white flower notes. On the palate, its vivacity, minerality and creaminess (from élevage on the lees) are striking.
