About the producer

Bellavista is the brainchild of Vittorio Moretti, who was keen to create elegant wines with strong personalities characterised by the use of fermented must. The domaine tends its vines with care and treats them with respect. Vinification is carried out using traditional methods.

About the wine

This sparkling wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, with a fine, lively texture. It has fine bubbles, a lemon-yellow appearance and a rich complex bouquet marked by fruity (pear), vanilla and vegetal (chlorophyll) notes. The palate is harmonious and slightly tart. This cuvée can be drunk on its own, or as the perfect accompaniment to your aperitifs.
