About the producer
Domaine Hubert Brochard has been a family concern since 1900. Today, three brothers run the domain - Daniel (manager), Jean-François (vineyard) and Benoît (winemaking). The property boasts almost 60 hectares of vineyards in Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. Wines are produced the traditional way with carefully controlled yields and élevage in barrels or stainless steel vats.
About the wine
This cuvée comes from old vines (50 years old) located on the best slopes of Chavignol. It is vinified and then aged in demi-muids.
