Information
About the producer

Didier le Calvez usse to run the Bristol and his wife Olivia had opened the first Relais & Châteaux 5 stars on the Ile de Ré. In 2009, they decided to invest in 5 hectares of vines next to Saint-Emilion to create a new chateau. The soil is very promising. They are advices by Stéphane Derenoncourt for vinification and knowing the terroirs. 30 distinct plots are identified and vinified separately. The vines are treated with responsible agriculture. A lot of progress has been made since and the wines are now well established at the top of the appellation.

About the wine

Matured on racks for 36 months, with no dosage, this sparkling Savoie wine has a subtle aromatic bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruits and fresh almonds. Vibrant, balanced, fresh and vinous, this cuvée has a long finish thanks to its minerality.
