Domaine Adélie was the final acquisition of Maison Albert Bichot; it is located in Mercurey and bears the name of Albéric Bichot's daughter who was born in 2003. The vineyard, composed of two plots, spans four hectares and includes a premier cru, Champ Martin. In the vineyards, work is sustainable, and carried out using organic fertilisers. In the wine cellar, vinifications are done separately for each plot, with minimal intervention.

This Mercurey exudes delicious fruit aromas (red and dark berries, plum). It is very drinkable with a fleshy and yet velvety texture, plenty of finesse and a long finish.
