The Guyot are one of the oldest families in Marsannay-la-Côte. Louis Guyot established the domaine at the beginning of the last century. Generations have succeeded one another and since 1990 Olivier Guyot has managed this 15-hectare vineyard which is divided between Marsannay-la-Côte and Gevrey-Chambertin. The vines are cultivated in a responsible, sustainable way and ploughing is done on horseback.

This red Burgundy is generous (a bouquet of red fruit, with some spices). The palate is perfectly constructed: tannins and freshness combine perfectly, demonstrating Olivier Guyot's remarkable expertise.
