About the producer
This 9-hectare Loire domain is farmed sustainably, with manual harvests. Five generations have succeeded one another since 1806 before Maryline and Jean-Jacques Smith took over the domain in 1997. As well as producing wine, the couple raise donkeys. With utmost care for the nature that surrounds them, they produce authentic wines which are respectful of their terroirs.
About the wine
This superb Quincy exudes an aromatic bouquet which is rich in ripe citrus notes. On the palate, its beautiful volume and creaminess are balanced by refined, long-lasting minerality. This is the ideal wine to pair with full bodied seafood such as lobster.
