Information
This 9-hectare Loire domain is farmed sustainably, with manual harvests. Five generations have succeeded one another since 1806 before Maryline and Jean-Jacques Smith took over the domain in 1997. As well as producing wine, the couple raise donkeys. With utmost care for the nature that surrounds them, they produce authentic wines which are respectful of their terroirs.
This Sauvignon Blanc is defined by the elegance of its notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. Aged in vats, it stands out for its great freshness which means it can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif or paired with delicacies such as fish or white meat.
