Having acquired a real reputation with the wines from his trade, since 2006, with the help of his son, Dominique Laurent has also created a small producer-farming establishment from vineyards leased to a winemaker of Vosne-Romanée. He does not deal with vinification but élevage and bottling. Nevertheless, he supervises vinification. The father and son like to work grape musts that have not been destemmed and to mature their wines without sulphur. They use new barrels, the signature of the maison. Dominique Laurent's entire range of wines is characterised by a high degree of purity and to be accessible to all ages. This recipe has proved its worth to fans all over the world.

The Les Saint-Georges Nuits-Saint-Georges Vieilles Vignes delivers spellbinding aromas of strawberry, cherry and dried rose, as well as (vanilla) élevage notes. The palate is notable for its finesse, fruitiness and long, tart finish. This wine can be enjoyed as an accompaniment to red meat or pork dishes.
