About the wine
Produced via a traditional vinification process in stainless steel vats and oak casks without destemming, and élevage in casks (20% new wood) for one year, this Pernand-Vergelesses is characterised by its subtle gold colour. It is marked by notes of citrus and nuts, and is bursting with a beautiful minerality. This wine can be enjoyed at its best when young, and its freshness will enable it to form gastronomic pairings with delicate foods such as fish or Japanese specialities.
