Information
Domaine Moine-Hudelot in Chambolle-Musigny was originally a small family farm, managed by Daniel Moine, the former mayor of Chambolle-Musigny, before being bought in 2008 by Patrick Landanger of the Domaine de la Pousse d'Or. The domaine no longer exists as such today but its wines remain appreciated by informed wine lovers.
A specialist in Chambolle-Musigny grand crus, this domain here presents a fantastic wine with an especially delicate nose. Scents of forest strawberry, peony, and earth precede an ample and powerful palate, all whilst remaining elegant. Its palate possesses a delicate, pure, and complex texture. There is a wonderful balance of soft tannins, a fruity underscore, and a touch of acidity to lift it.
