Information
Domaine Charlopin-Parizot, located in Gevrey Chambertin, was created in 1977 and then taken over by Philippe Charlopin. It currently covers 25 hectares of beautiful terroirs, distributed over the Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Chablis, with several grand crus. Its wines are succulent with superb élevage.
Immortalised by Napoleon who refuse to drink anything else, Le Chambertin has always been in a class of its own. Charlopin-Parizot gives us a masterful interpretation. In its youth, this wine is powerful, fleshy and full-bodied, making a very forthright impression on the palate. After aging for 10 to 20 years, it evolves into another style altogether, delivering breathtaking elegance and precision.
