About the producer
Richard Rottier came to Moulin-à-Vent in 2007 and took over three hectacres. Today, his domain amounts to five hectacres of very beautiful vines, aged between 40 and 90 years. His vineyard has organic certification and his wines, with their great elegance and finesse, are quickly becoming recognised as one of Moulin-à-Vent’s most sound investments.
About the wine
This cuvée is a great success, a delicious , fruit forward wine with great delicacy. In the mouth it is full with good body and weight as well as some tannins.
