Information
This Provencal domain has belonged to the same family for two centuries now. Keen on revealing the beauty of its terroir, it masters the yields of about thirty hectolitres per hectare, harvests its grapes by hand and cares for its 55 hectares of vines using principles which are part of the H.V.E label [High Environmental Value].
This cuvée is a blend of Clairette (majority) and Rolle cultivated on the limestone-clay slopes of Castellet. On tasting, the wine reveals a clear golden colour and a bouquet of delicate notes of linden, citrus and acacia. The well-rounded palate is imbued with an appealing minerality, lending it vivacity and elegance.
