Jordan Wine Estate is a family-owned vineyard in the Stellenbosch appellation, right in the hear of the great vineyards of Cape Town. Founded in 1993 by Kathy and Gary Jordan, Domaine Jordan is swept by the sea breezes of False and Table Bay; the cool nights thus compensate for the heat of the summer evenings. This freshness is found in the finesse and elegance of the wines.

Unlike many wines in the region, this Sauvignon blanc isn’t overly oaky, but rather gives notes of blackcurrant leaves and ripe fig. This aromatic richness is combined with a generous structure. The long finish has notes of aromatic herbs. In order to do so, the grapes underwent gentle pneumatic pressing before a temperature-controlled fermentation.
