About the producer

Noon Winery is located in McLaren Vale, south Australia, near Adelaide. The family business was established in 1976 by David Noon and is now run by his son Drew Noon and his wife.

About the wine

The Shiraz Reserve cuvée is aged in oak barrels for 18 months (30 to 40% new). This expressive wine has plenty of body and needs several years in the cellar. It pairs very nicely with strongly- flavoured dishes, such as red meats or Osso Bucco.
