About the producer

Olivier Pithon is the grandson of an Anjou wine grower, and also has a grower for a grandson in the Coteaux du Layon. Having trained among the family vines, and after completing various spells at in other vineyards (including several years in the Bordeaux region), Olivier Pithon settled in Calce, near Perpignan, in 2001. His vineyard, covering just over eight hectares, is farmed biodynamically. Olivier Pithon's wines are authentic, direct and very expressive.

About the wine

Mon P'tit Pithon blanc is a very fine wine of the south, mouth-watering and fresh whilst remaining simple, a great wine to drink with friends on the whole, a bottle which can be easily opened for an apéritif or with starters or fish.
