Information
The origins of the mythical Château de Meursault go back to the 11th century. Today, this domaine extends over 60 hectares of vines of Volnay, Beaune, Pommard, Aloxe Corton, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, with many premier and grand crus. it has been owned by the Halley family since 2012.
Meursault Les Charmes is blended from six parcels and élevaged in oak (35% new) for 15 to 18 months. On the nose, it has aromas of yellow fruit with wooded and empyreumatic notes. The palate is wonderfully fresh and creamy with plenty of persistence. This wine goes particularly well with fish and shellfish dishes.
