Information
The Amirault-Grosbois family has been producing wine for several generations between Chinon and Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil. These two distinct families, represented by cousins Xavier and Nicolas, decided to join forces in 2007. They produced organic wines which wonderfully express the terroir from which they are produced.
Produced using organic cultivation methods, this Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgeuil has a beautiful, intense red appearance, releasing typical notes of the Cabernet Franc grape of which it consists. This delivers aromas of red berries, flowers, sweet spices and pepper (in just the right proportion). Its great substance on the palate is an emphatic demonstration of the talent of these two passionate winemaking cousins. Juicy yet crisp, supple and persistent, it is characterised by indulgent flavours and a fresh palette.
