Information
About the producer

The Pavelot family has been present in Pernand-Vergelesses since at least the 17th century and their domaine has grown over time and generations. Today, Luc and Lise Pavelot have taken over from their father Régis. Their 9-hectare vineyard is certified organic and shared between Pernand-Vergelesses and Aloxe-Corton. This is a really interesting area, with particularly charming wine, that also maintains reasonable prices.

About the wine

This Pernand-Vergelesses Village sports a pretty pale gold colour. Its nose delivers intense aromas of citrus (lemon, mandarin), quince and slight hints of élevage. In the mouth, there is an attractive richness and tension, and a lemon-like finish that brings pleasant acidity.
