Bouchard Père & Fils, founded in 1731, is one of the most important houses of Burgundy. Owned by Henriot Champagnes since 1995, this house has considerably expanded and is now one of the best merchants of Burgundy. This house also has its own domain of 130 hectares.
About the wine
The Pommard Premier Cru has a beautiful dark red colour with deep purple highlights. The nose exudes aromas of dark fruits with some musky notes. The palate is rich and deep and stands out for its spicy (pepper) notes.
