Information
About the producer

Domaine Billaud-Simon was founded in 1815 and covers 17 hectares of the most beautiful terroirs of Chablis, with four grand crus (Les Clos, Les Preuses, Vaudésir and Les Blanchots) and four premier crus (Montée de Tonnerre, Mont-de-Milieu, Fourchaume and Vaillons). In 2014, the domaine was bought by the Faiveley family, who confirmed their determination to maintain the Bernard Billaud style with precise wines, which stand out for their fine minerality.

About the wine

The Fourchaume Premier Cru has citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and white fruit (pear, peach) aromas. It is smooth but quite lively, fruity and mineral on the palate. The beautifully long finish is also mineral.
