Information
About the producer

Croft was established in 1588 by Henry Thomson and adopted is current name in 1736 when it was taken over by the Croft family. It owes its wealth to the port trade and its fine property – Quinta de Roêda – in the Douro Valley. Today, the company is managed by Fladgate Partnership group.

About the wine

This Vintage Port offers aromas of fresh, ripe fruit, as well as cocoa notes. It should ideally be served slightly cool, decanted at least two hours before serving. It will work wonders with special dishes such as cheese or dark chocolate. This is also definitely a wine that can be enjoyed on its own.
