About the producer

The young Henri Giraud champagne house is unusual in that it vinifies its wines in Argonne oak barrels, a Champagne forest. The vineyard, located in Aÿ, has well-located plots, in grand cru for the Pinots Noirs. The wines are vinous, slightly woody, quite original and very interesting.

About the wine

L'Argonne Brut by Henri Giraud is a wine with a slightly burnt wood, woody, chocolate nose. The palate is concentrated, taut and vinous at the same time. The bouquet features elegant notes of apple, vanilla, cinnamon and pear, all revealing great complexity.
