Information
Domaine d'Elise, in the Chablisienne, was created in 1970 and then taken over in 1982 by Frédéric Prain. The vineyard covers 13.5 hectares, between the Côte de Léchet and the village of Milly. The production of this area is very consistent as regards quality and prices remain reasonable. The style is oriented towards wines of a great finesse, which are easily digestible and delicate.
Chablis Côte de Lechet comes from a sloping, sun-drenched plot. It delivers delicate floral, fruity aromas (citrus, white fruit). The same fruity aromas are found in the mouth, with a pleasant minerality and a creamy texture: full-bodied and fairly opulent.
