Information
About the producer

Vlavis Sklavos is at the helm of this small domaine located on the peninsula which forms the western part of Kefalonia. Almost 30% of the vines are ungrafted as they survived phylloxera contamination. This mystic winegrower has a passionate relationship with his vines which he manages using biodynamic techniques.

About the wine

The nose is mineral and smoky, with aromas of white truffles and an attractive freshness. In the mouth, a powerful body with a subtle bitterness; the same mineral character, and a saline finish. The wine has undergone 6 months' élevage in stainless steel vats without filtration. It is a superb wine to be enjoyed with seafood, oily fish or poultry.
