Information
Cyril Fhal has been pampering his vines since his arrival in Roussillon in the early 2000s. So great has been his input that his wines are imbued with this delicate love, revealing themselves to delight wine-lovers with their precision, refinement and elegance. The key to his success? The biodynamic cultivation of all five hectares of his vines. His old Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache and Maccabeu vines are located at an altitude of between 200 and 250 metres, and their yields are restricted to 18hl/ha.
This cuvée is a blend of Carignan from very old vines (70 to 100 years) and Grenache planted on gneiss soil at between 200 and 250 metres of altitude. The wines are full-bodied, mineral with a slight menthol element. Generous on the palate, with a perfect balance between tannins and acidity. Aromas of Provencal heath, soil and dark fruits.
