Information
Domaine Michel Niellon is spread over 7.5 hectares, planted with 2/3 Chardonnay and the rest in Pinot Noir, with very old vines with low yields. The wines of the domaine are of fine quality with exceptional material, and a honeydew richness. This small domaine of Burgundy is quite famous and its bottles are becoming rare on the market.
Located in the north of its appellation, near to Saint-Aubin, this Chassagne-Montrachet plot is reputed for its wines that are delicious and delicate in their youth. They charm with their finesse, minerality, and concentration, allowing for lovely, gastronomic pairings.
