Information
Created in 2006 by Maxime-François Laurent (already proprietor of Domaine Gramenon), this négociant house was the product of a partnership with a winegrower who had almost six hectares between the villages of Montbrison-sur-Lez and Valréas. The vines here benefit from their sunny, limestone-clay terroir. Harvest is done by hand and the fruit is scrupulously sorted in the vineyard. Maxime Laurent takes real pride in practicing the most natural winemaking methods possible.
This deliciously mouth-watering Côtes-du-Rhône which is ideal to share with friends comes from young vines aged between 15 and 30 years old cultivated on a clay-limestone soil. After manual harvesting, the berries were partially destemmed and macerated for 15 days in rough concrete tanks to extract flavours and colours. The native yeasts triggered the fermentation and the wine has been aged for six months in vats to preserve the freshness of its fruity notes.
