Information
Cédric Chignard has managed this family domain since 2007. He represents the fourth generation of winegrowers at the property, which has eight hectares of vines. The soil is carefully worked and ploughed on a terroir consisting mainly of granitic sand. In the winery, Cédric Chignard uses traditional methods that allow the terroir and the vintage express themselves, without trying to impose a too much of a style.
This cuvée is made from a selection of very old vines, from slightly more than one hectare in the heart of the Moriers plot. This is the property's finest quality: a wine that will age admirably with notes of Pinot Noir. Drink three to eight years after the vintage.
