About the producer

Bouchard Père & Fils, founded in 1731, is one of the most important houses of Burgundy. Owned by Henriot Champagnes since 1995, this house has considerably expanded and is now one of the best merchants of Burgundy. This house also has its own domain of 130 hectares.

About the wine

This Puligny-Montrachet is produced from the premier cru vineyard of Les Chalumeaux. The parcel lies at the summit of the hill, not far from “Les Truffières”. The south-east facing plot is composed of clay and chalk-rich soil which produces a clean and elegant Puligny.
