Information
Simon Bize created his domaine in 1880 in Savigny les Beaune. Four generations later, Patrick Bize took over the family domaine in 1972 and managed it until he passed away in 2013, when his sister, Marielle Grivot, took over. The quality of the wines is consistent, with fine reds, sublime and very precise white wines. This 22-hectare area produces small quantities and maintains reasonable prices, which therefore limits its availability.
From clay-chalk soil, this wine opens up with delicate, floral notes. To enjoy from today, it will surely bring about a wonderful tasting experience. Elegant and refined, it can be aged for six to eight years in your cellar. Ideal to accompany a dish of game or red meat.
