About the wine
The grapes are harvested by hand, 80% destemmed, and punched down during fermentation, then the juice is kept for 16 months in oak barrels. This wine is a blend of eleven plots with different exposures, but all from clay-chalk terroirs and vines with an average age of 50. With a beautiful, ruby colour, this wine is particularly delicate, with soft tannins that give a good structure to the palate.
