Information
About the producer

Domaine Drouhin-Laroze has been a family domaine for more than a century and a half, with many prestigious appellations in premier crus and grand crus and therefore an exceptional heritage. Today Philippe and Christine Drouhin and their children manage the domaine.

About the wine

Domaine Drouhin-Laroze's Chambertin Clos de Bèze comes from a plot that formerly belonged to the monks of the Abbey of Bèze. The Domaine Drouhin-Laroze's plot was planted in 1949. It is élevaged in 80% new oak barrels. It produces small red berries and licorice on the nose. In the mouth, the attack is direct and the tannins are mellow, giving a rounded finish. A wine of great elegance.
