Information
Although Château Lagrézette dates back to the 15th century, it was only converted to viticulture in 1980. Managed by Marie-Thérèse and Alain Dominique Perrin, the domain spans 90 hectares of vines cultivated according to sustainable principles. Both sought advice from Michel Rolland in producing their cuvées in their modern, underground winery.
Les Escures is the property’s main wine and is produced from Malbec grown on a terroir of white clay and gravel. The wine is fermented and matured in vats for 14 months and has been designed for drinking in its fruity youth.
