About the producer

From one of the oldest families of wine growers in Burgundy, Bernard Gros is today at the head of Domaine Gros Frère et Soeur, which has a total of 21 hectares and an absolutely exceptional grand cru heritage: Richebourg, Clos de Vougeot, Grands Echezeaux and Echezeaux. The 36.62 acre vineyard of Grands-échezeaux runs along Clos de Vougeot. Domaine Gros Frère & Soeur is located in Vosne Romanée. A dozen years ago, Bernard Gros replanted the vines to improve the quality. His wines are regularly hailed by critics.

About the wine

Domaine Gros's Echézeaux has a ruby ​​colour with purple hints. The bouquet produces aromas of musk, spices and undergrowth. The mouth reveals roundness and soft tannins.
