Information
Jacques Seysses created Domaine Dujac in 1968 by purchasing 4.5 hectares. He is also associated with Aubert de Villaine in the Var (Triennes). Today Jacques's children are the directors of the Domaine Dujac, Jeremy, his wife Diana (an American enologist) and Alec Seysses. The domaine, certified in organic farming, extends over 15 hectares in the largest terroirs of the Côte de Nuits and especially Morey-Saint-Denis. The domaine's wines have excellent aging potential and are characterised by great complexity and delicacy.
This Morey-Saint-Denis premier cru Monts Luisants from Domaine Dujac offers a powerful nose, with aromas of white fruit, citrus fruit (grapefruit, lemon) and linden, with buttery notes. The palate combines freshness and roundness, dominated by minerality and citrus aromas.
