Information
Château de Fesles is located in Bonnezeaux, at the top of one of the four hillside slope vineyards overlooking the Layon river. After having spent some time under the ownership of the famous pastry chef Gaston Lenôtre, the estate has been managed by Bernard Germain since 1996. In addition to Bonnezeaux, the 35-hectare vineyard produces red and white Anjou wine as well as an Anjou rosé.
This cuvée is vinified in 400 litre casks and aged for 10 months. Its expressive nose offers aromas of citrus and white flowers. On the palate, there is volume, aromas of white fruit and spicy notes. This wine has an ageing potential of about ten years.
