About the producer

The Gimonnet family have been wine growers since the middle of the 18th century, when they sold their grapes to the producers. The domain began making wine in 1935. Today it owns 28 hectares of Chardonnay vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, including some premier cru parcels. Single parcel selection gives every cuvée its own identity. In general, the champagnes are refined with a mineral quality. <

About the wine

This cuvée offers delicate aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit (peach) and almond notes. This champagne has a beautiful structure and great refinement and complexity.
