About the producer
Château Grand Tayac belongs to the same owners as Château Haut-Bellevue. Located in Margaux, it spans five hectares of gravel and sandy soils on which 40-year-old vines are grown.
About the wine
This is a particularly expressive and dense Margaux that will pair perfectly with game or mushroom dishes thanks to its tertiary aromas from an elevage in French oak (two thirds new). To produce this wine, the owners opted for hand-picked harvests, traditional vinification methods and 12 months elevage.
