About the producer
Château Moulin Pey-Labrie takes its name from the old mill that stood on the plot where the vines are planted, Pey meaning top of the hill. This small vineyard, taken in hand by Bénédicte and Grégoire Hubau, originally from the north of France, benefits from good exposure to the sun on clay-limestone slopes.
About the wine
After manual harvesting, the grapes are fully destemmed. The wines are aged in barrels (30 to 50% new) for 18 months.
