Château Rollan de By Cru Bourgeois
Information
About the producer

Despite not achieving Cru Bourgeois Exceptional status in the 2003 classification, Château Rollan de By, acquired by Jean Guyon in 1989, offers a cru bourgeois of excellent quality. The 52 hectare vineyard is dominateed by Merlot (70%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Petit Verdot (10%).

About the wine

Rollan de By wine is aged on the lees for three months and stirred for three months, after which it is transferred to barrels and vats (95% French oak and 5% American oak). The result is a wine that combines concentration, structure, finesse and elegance. It is a wine that very quickly becomes pleasant to drink.
