About the producer
With a sandy-gravelly terroir, Château Millaud Montlabert has been owned by the Bordes family and its descendants (Brieux family) since 1872. The vineyard is only 3.6 hectares in area, planted with 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are vinified in concrete vats, followed by aging in barrels (25% new each year).
