Information
About the producer

Arnaud Chopin succeeded his father at the head of a 12-hectare domain in the south of the Côte de Nuits. Domaine Chopin et fils has some magnificent parcels across the appellations of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Côte de Nuits Villages and Chambolle-Musigny, where the soils are rich in clay and chalk. The vines are grown sustainably, thus with the preservation of biodiversity in mind. Since Arnaud Chopin took up the domain, he hasn't stopped modernising it, much to the delight of Pinot Noir fans from all over. The grapes are harvested at full maturity to avoid disease and they are sorted directly in the vineyard. These are honest wines with an excellent price to quality ratio, especially considering their provenance. The elegance of the Pinot Noir variety is clear, as well as a texture that is characteristic of a Côte de Nuits red.
